I’ve just uploaded some new papers and articles to my Publications page.

For those of you interested in SEN law, there are 2 papers about new duties owed to 19 – 25 year olds and Further Education, ahead of the transfer from the old system of Learning Disability Assessments (LDAs) to the brave new world of Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in August 2016.

I’ve also put up a Q&A article about the recent Court of Appeal case of  Sarabjeet Singh v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2016] EWCA Civ 492, which deals with allegations of bias against Immigration Judges (with kind permission from the publisher Lexis Nexis).

Happy weekend everyone!
