About:
In all immigration decisions that affect them, the best interests of children must be a “primary consideration”. But six years on from the directive in ZH (Tanzania), some children under immigration control are less protected and more vulnerable than before. “Every child matters”: but some matter more than others.
Who should attend:
Immigration, asylum and public law solicitors and their colleagues seeking to enhance and update their knowledge on child rights and Article 8. Private practitioners, NGOs and support agencies are equally welcome.
This popular format includes short presentations and discussion, followed by drinks and amazing Middle Eastern food from Hiba Express, Holborn.
